Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a refund. We are happy to issue a refund in the form of store credit or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return, click on the link Initiate Return. Once approved, you will receive a follow up email with instructions. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Once received, we will inspect your returned item(s). If an exchange is requested, the item will be shipped to the address provided at no additional cost to you. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with mailing the return item to the return address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Worn items
  • Items with signs of wear
  • Shipping fees

Order Delivered But Not Received
We do not offer refunds for orders that are confirmed delivered but not received.  We will open an investigation to inquire on the delivery of your package but we are not liable for any orders that are marked delivered by the shipping company.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within the first 3 hours of purchase. To cancel your order within the allowed time frame, please contact our customer service team by email: support@shopolashoes.
