Are the shoes true to size?

Yes, our shoes are true to size.

 

I wear mid sizes; do I size up or down?

If you wear mid sizes such as 7.5, 8.5,9.5, we advise that you size up.

 

Are your shoes for wide feet?

Our shoes are for regular feet, we have found instances where wider feet can wear our shoes when they size up.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

It takes 2-3 business day for an order to be processed. However, you can skip the line by paying for expedited processing. Please choose the expedited processing option at checkout.

 

Where do your shoes ship from and do you offer international shipping?

We located in the U.S. and can ship internationally.

 

What if I get my shoes and they don’t fit, can I exchange for another size?

Yes, we are more than happy to exchange for another size that fits better.  

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on orders $140 and above. All you need to do is reach the checkout page and the option automatically shows-up if you have items worth $140 and over.
